This Privacy Policy explains how Klicktake collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use Klicktake apps, websites, services, and related platform applications, including customer, delivery driver, vendor/partner, and administrative platform services.
By using Klicktake, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law or platform rules, we will request your consent before collecting or using specific data.
1) Information We Collect
A. Account Data
We may collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Login credentials
- Profile photo, where optional or required
- Language preference
- Account settings and preferences
- Account status and verification information
B. Order and Transaction Data
When you place, receive, prepare, deliver, or manage orders through Klicktake, we may collect:
- Order details
- Delivery and pickup addresses
- Customer, store, and driver order references
- Order value, fees, taxes, discounts, and payment method
- Receipts, invoices, refund records, and transaction history
- Delivery notes and order instructions
- Order status and delivery progress
C. Location Data
With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location data.
For customer apps, location data may be used to help detect delivery addresses, show nearby stores or services, estimate delivery availability, and improve order delivery accuracy.
For the Klicktake Delivery Driver app, location data is used to assign delivery orders, show the driver’s live delivery position to the customer, merchant/store, dispatcher, and platform administrators during active delivery operations, calculate routes, estimate arrival times, record delivery progress, improve delivery reliability, support driver safety, and help prevent fraud or misuse.
Location data may include:
- Foreground Location: collected while the app is open and in use.
- Background Location: collected while the app is minimized, running in the background, or when the device screen is off during active shifts, delivery tasks, live tracking, route optimization, nearby order assignment, and delivery completion, where enabled and permitted by the driver.
The Klicktake Delivery Driver app may collect location data to enable delivery assignment, live delivery tracking, route calculation, delivery progress updates, and driver safety features, even when the app is closed or not in use, only while the driver is online, on an active shift, or handling delivery operations where background tracking is required.
We do not collect background location when it is not required for active delivery operations, except where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, support, service protection, or legal compliance.
During active delivery operations, location data may be shared with the customer, merchant/store, dispatcher, and platform administrators only as needed to complete, monitor, support, or verify the delivery.
We do not sell location data.
D. Device, Technical, and Usage Data
We may collect technical and usage data, including:
- Device model
- Operating system
- App version
- Device identifiers and technical identifiers
- IP address
- Language and time zone
- Crash reports and diagnostics
- App activity logs
- Security logs
- Session information
- Notification delivery status
E. Support and Communication Data

- Enable driver dispatching and nearby order assignment
- Process payments, payouts, refunds, invoices, and related financial operations
- Send operational notifications such as OTP codes, order updates, delivery alerts, and service messages

- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, misuse, security incidents, and policy violations
- Improve app performance, reliability, analytics, and user experience

3) Permissions and In-App Disclosure
Before requesting sensitive permissions such as location, notifications, camera, photos, storage, or other device permissions where applicable, the app may display a clear in-app notice explaining:
- What data or permission is requested
- Why it is needed
- How it will be used
- Whether it may be used in the background
- Whether it may be shared as part of service operations
- Whether the related feature can work without the permission
You may allow, deny, or later change permissions through your device settings. Some Klicktake features may not work correctly without required permissions.
For example, the Klicktake Delivery Driver app may require location permission to assign orders, track active deliveries, calculate routes, and confirm delivery progress. If location permission is denied, some driver features may be unavailable or limited.
4) Sharing of Information
We share personal information only when necessary to operate, support, protect, or improve the platform, or when legally required.
We may share limited necessary information with:
- Customers, to provide delivery status, driver location during active delivery, and order updates
- Drivers, to complete deliveries, including delivery address, customer contact details, order notes, and route information
- Merchants, stores, vendors, or partners, to prepare, manage, and fulfill orders
- Dispatchers and platform administrators, to monitor operations, provide support, prevent fraud, and resolve issues
- Payment processors and financial service providers, to process payments, payouts, refunds, and invoices
- Hosting, cloud, database, SMS, notification, map, analytics, and support service providers
- Identity verification, fraud prevention, security, and compliance providers where needed
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or legal advisors where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security
- Corporate affiliates or successors in connection with business operations, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets
We do not sell your personal information.
5) Data Retention

Klicktake services are not intended for children below the minimum legal age required in the relevant jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children unlawfully. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict it.
